Johnny A. Coy, 56, of Perth Amboy was called home to rest January 17, 2011, at the Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy.

He was born in Kingston, Jamica and resided in Perth Amboy for 40 years. He was a maintenance supervisor with Deerpath Town Homes in Hershey, Pennsylvania for 20 years.

Surviving are his wife, Amy W. Coy; his mother, Florence Coy; 2 daughters: Tanya and Paula; 2 sons: Johnny Jr. and Nicholas; 3 grandchildren: Jasmine, Jayla, and Lamia; 6 sisters: Audrey Lewin, Brenda Ruddock, Charmaine Black, Anna and Sharon Coy, and Florence Knordle; 4 brothers: Clifford, Noel, Martin, and Frederick; and many nieces and nephews; his life-long friend, Roslyn Mc Neil; and his best friend, Mike Piper.

Funeral services will be Monday at 12:00 Noon at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 424 East Ave., Perth Amboy. Visitation is Monday from 10:00 am to 12:00 Noon.
