John S. Sowinski 71, of Edison, entered into eternal rest, October 24, 2018, at his home.  He was born in Astroia Queens, NY, and has resided in this area since 1977.

John was the Shipping Manager at Monarch Towel in Perth Amboy for 20 years before retiring in 2016.

John is survived by his wife Krystyna Tanona Sowinski, his children; Olivia Barke of Yankton, SD, Carla Sowinski of Metuchen, and Michael Sowinski of Bridgewater, and his granddaughter Gianna.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday November 10, 2018, from 1 pm to 3 pm with a prayer service at 2:30 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home 23 Ford Avenue, Fords.
