John J. Paulauskas 83 of Fords, entered into eternal rest, Sunday June 28, 2015, at his home. He was born in Scranton, PA, and has resided in Fords for the past 60 years.
John was a Color Master at Colorco in Linden for 45 years before retiring.
He faithfully served his country in the Army during the Korean War.
John was predeceased by his wife Joan Schilling Paulauskas in 2002. He is survived by his daughters Diane Des Jardins of Brick, Joyce Soyak and her husband Les of Fords, and Lisa Castro and her husband Joseph of Iselin. He is also survived by his sister Rosalie Mc Keon of Clark, five grandchildren Marie and Lawrence Des Jardins, Kimberly Wentzel, Lorretta Walters, and Michelle Feliciano, and nine great grandchildren Lawrence Des Jardins, Isabell and Modesto Torres, Aiden and Zoey Walters, Haylie, Mackenzie, Taylor and Elijah Feliciano.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11 am at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home 23 Ford Avenue, Fords. Interment will be in Hollywood Memorial Park. Visitation is Tuesday from 4 pm to 8 pm. In lieu of flowers contributions are requested to the American Cancer Society.
