John Pietruski, 93, formerly of Colts Neck and Metuchen, passed away at Laurel Circle, in Bridgewater, on March 27, 2026. John was President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Sterling Drug in New York, NY. He was a longtime member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Fords.

John was predeceased by his wife, Roberta in February and is survived by two sons, Cliff Pietruski, and his wife Simone, of Annandale; and Glenn Pietruski, and his wife, Laura, of Edison; a daughter, Susan Pietruski, of Studio City, CA; five grandchildren: Daniel, Sara, Melissa, Michael, and Emily; and six great-grandchildren: Elijah, lacey, Livia, Bella, Noah, and Joshua.

Memorial visitation will be at the Flynn and Son/Mitruska Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ 08863 on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, from 4-7 pm. A funeral Service will be held at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 2 pm.
