JoAnn (nee Van Horn) Dunham, 57, of Edison, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2018, at the Roosevelt Care Center. She was born on October 4, 1960, in Towanda, PA. JoAnn was an Accountant. She graduated JP Stevens High School, Class of 1978, and was a graduate of Raritan Valley College.  JoAnn was a devoted and loving mother, who loved to spend time with her daughter traveling going to concerts and always enjoying each other's company. She loved life and spending time with her family and friends. She was passionate about fly fishing.

JoAnn was predeceased by her father, Dennis Van Horn in 2006.

She is survived by her daughter, Jamison Costolnick, of Edison; her partner James "Coz" Costolnick, of Starlight, PA; mother, Ellen (nee Crane) Van Horn, of Edison; five siblings: John Van Horn, and his wife, Shawn, of Bayville, Janette Finnerty, and her husband, Robert, of Edison, Jerry Van Horn, and his wife, Pam, of Troy, PA, Jacqueline Zigre, of Edison, and Jeffrey Van Horn, of Gillette, PA, and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ 08863 on Sunday 11 am to 1 pm. Services will be 1 pm in the funeral home. Cremation will be private.

In lieu of flowers donations in JoAnn's name may be made to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation.
