Joan G. Poulsen, 87, of Metuchen, passed away on March 25, 2014, at JFK Haven Hospice, Edison.  Born in Brooklyn, New York, Joan had resided in Metuchen most of herlife.  She and her husband Arnett "Buddy" owned and operated Poulsen's Auto Repair in Metuchen for 37 years.  Joan ran the front office and Buddy ran theback; together they were a great team.

Joan is survived by her husband, Buddy, of 68 years. He loved her more than anything in the world.

Private services were handled by Flynn and Son/Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Avenue, Metuchen.
