Jo Ann P. Williams, 68, of Somerset, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, May 24, 2020. She was born in Perth Amboy on July 27, 1951. She was a graduate of JP Stevens High School in Edison. Jo Ann was a Manager for AT&T for 48 years before retiring. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at the Middlebush Fire Dept., and was active in  some of the local Seniors Organizations. Jo Ann had a lifelong love of the Jersey Shore.

Jo Ann was predeceased by her parents, Joseph Jakubowski in 1975 and Tina Jakubowski Guancione in 2013; a sister-in-law, Thelma "Betty" Mandeville, and a brother-in-law, Donald R. Williams.

Leaving to mourn are, her loving husband, Thomas V. Williams; two daughters, Celyne Peebles and Kimberley Williams and her husband Robert,  of Somerset; a son, Thomas J. Williams, and his wife, Shannon; six grandchildren: Makaylah, Aarion, Mazora, Thomas, Gabriella, and Luis; sister, Tina Marie Jasina and her husband, James; sister-in-law, Cynthia Holliday; nieces, Jamie and Carol Ann; nephews: Edwin, Craig, and Donald; and a host of cousins and friends.

Cremation was private.
