Obituary of Jesus I Montero
Jesus I. Montero, 81, of Miami, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2017. Mr. Montero was born in Havana, Cuba to the late Ignacio and Candida (Posada) Montero and came to the U.S. in 1972. Mr. Montero had lived in Carteret before moving to Miami fifteen years ago.
He was employed as a machinist for Dietgen Corp. in East Brunswick for many years before the company's closing.
Jesus loved everything about the beach and enjoyed spending time in the sunshine,
He is survived by his loving wife of fifty-seven years, Mariana Montero, his son: Jesus E. Montero and wife Diana of Spotswood, his daughter: Maria Enriquez and husband Carlos of Monroe, and by his three grandchildren: Jacklyn, Natalie, and Omar.
Funeral services will be held Monday 12:30 pm at the Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, Rte 1 North & Gill Lane in Woodbridge. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
