Jessica R. Strucich Joynes, 36, of South River and formerly of Fords, passed rather suddenly, due to complications of COPD, on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at RWJU Hospital New Brunswick.
She was an alumnus of Woodbridge High School.
She was an avid fan of the NY Football Giants, the NY Yankees, and of all her daughter Haley's softball teams.
She also gave the gift of life, by registering as an organ donor and in fact, as per the NJ Sharing Network, "Jessica has saved 3 lives, due to her generosity."
She was predeceased by her beloved brother, Joseph Strucich, who died in 2011
Jessica leaves behind her three beloved children; Haley, Matthew and Alyssa Joynes, her mother and step-father, Roseann and Robert Lipman of South River, her father and step mother, Joseph and Valerie Strucich, and her sister, Brooke Strucich, all of Fords, her maternal grandmother, Patricia Early of Carteret and her paternal grandparents; Joseph and Ernestine Strucich of Manasquan, her nephew, Jayden Strucich and many aunts, uncles and cousins and numerous friends.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 from 5-9 pm, at the Flynn and Son Funeral

Funeral services will begin on Thursday June 29, 2017 at 10 a.m. from the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, followed by a 10:30 a.m. Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace Church, Fords, interment will follow in Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery, Fords.
