Jeremiah "Jerry" Sullivan, 49 of Fords, died Tuesday, November 24, 2010 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy surrounded by his family.

Jerry was born in Jersey City and is formerly of Bayonne. He and his wife lived in Fords for the last 20 years. Though he made his career in financial services, Jerry's true passion was at home. Appreciative of the simple things in life, Jerry's most cherished possession was the love and support of his family; for them, no sacrifice was too great. Never afraid to wear his heart on his sleeve, Jerry was a friend to all and will always be remembered for his timely humor and unmistakable laugh. He will be deeply missed by those whose lives he touched.

Jerry is survived by his wife of 26 years Kathleen (Burke) Sullivan; his two sons Jeremiah P. Sullivan and Daniel R. Sullivan of Fords; three brothers Mark, Edward and Glenn; two sisters Cheryl Jaworski and Susan Matus; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday November, 30, 2010 at 10AM, from Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, followed by a 10:30 AM Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace RC Church, Fords. A procession will follow to Rosehill Crematory, Linden.

Visitation will be held on Monday, from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM with a service by the family at 8 PM.
