Jennifer M. Nicolaisen, 47, of Metuchen, passed suddenly, on Monday July 24, 2017.  Born in Edison, she had resided in Metuchen for the last 20 years.  She was a graduate of Piscataway Vo-Tech with the Class of 1987.  She had been an Insurance Agent with Global Insurance Agency in Metuchen.  She loved her family and her pets, and all animals. She loved to travel, and enjoyed the Jersey shore especially Wildwood.

Jennifer leaves behind her beloved husband of 29 years, Robert; her 2 sons, Daniel and James; her 2 brothers, Max and Todd Thomas of Highland Park; her mother, Christine (Strachan) Thomas of Metuchen; her father, James Thomas of Highland Park; her sister-in-law, Lisa Nicolaisen and her niece Darby, both of Orlando, FL; and her mother-in-law, Veronica Nicolaisen of Apopka, FL; along with her 2 dogs and cat.

Visitation will be on Saturday, July 29, 2017, from 2 to 6 pm, with a 5:30 pm service, at the Flynn and Son/Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Ave.

Metuchen, NJ 08840.  A private cremation will follow.
