Jean Vallone, 73, of Avenel, passed away at home on November 20, 2019. She was born in Perth Amboy on August 7, 1946.  Jean was a computer operator for Michael's Textiles in Edison. She was a graduate of St. Mary's High School in Perth Amboy. She was a communicant of St. Andrew's Church in Avenel, and volunteered at food pantries in Perth Amboy

Jean is survived by her son, Joe Vallone, and his wife Stephanie, of Verona; four grandchildren: Emily, Joey, Elizabeth and Catherine; and a sister, Jo Ann Field, of Cranford.

Cremation was private.

Memorial contributions in Jean's name may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Verona Volunteer Fire Department.
