Jean Matilda Garcia 88, of Fords, entered into eternal rest August 19, 2019, at her home.  She was born in Nanticoke, PA, and has resided in Fords for more than 60 years.  Jean was a Secretary at AT&T in Bedminster for over 20 years.

She was predeceased by her husband, Peter Michael Garcia, in 1968.

Jean is survived by her children, Cheryl Garcia Moseson and her husband, Aaron, of Nutley and Michael Peter Garcia of Florida; her sister, Betty Natelli, of Haledon; and her three grandchildren: Nicole, Melanie, and Maxwell.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 23, 2019, at 9:30 am from the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords, NJ, 08863, followed by a 10:00 am funeral service at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 28 Fourth Street, Fords.  Interment will be in Hollywood Memorial Park, Union.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2019, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords.
