Jason Diaz, 32, of Perth Amboy, passed away on April 30, 2011, at home.

Born in Red Bank, NJ, Jason was a life-long resident of Perth Amboy. He was a purchaser for Atlantic Cordage in Avenel. He graduated Perth Amboy High School, Class of 1996.

Json is survived by his parents, Jose M. Diaz and Mildred (nee Pena) Diaz of Perth Amboy; his brother, Jose A. "Pito" Diaz and his wife Kelly Ann of Perth Amboy; his sister, Michelle Diaz, of Perth Amboy; two nieces: Jordyn Grace Diaz and Julianna Sophia Fuentes; serveral aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 3, 2011, from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 pm at the FLYNN AND SON FUNERAL HOME, 424 East Ave., Perth Amboy, NJ 08863. Funeral Services will begin Wednesday, May 4, 2011, at 9:00am at the funeral home followed by a 9:30 am Funeral Liturgy at Holy Trinity Church in Perth Amboy. Interment will follow in Alpine Cemetery.
