Janet Zagalik Dorio, 63 of Perth Amboy, passed away on May 28, 2013 at home. Janet was life-long resident of Perth Amboy. She graduated Perth Amboy High School in 1968 and began working for Levinson Axelrod Law Offices as a paralegal. Janet was still currently employed by Levinson Axelrod. She also was the owner of Nellies Tavern in Perth Amboy.

She is predeceased by her husband, Joseph C. Dorio, Jr. (2001) and her brother Tommy. She is survived by her step-son Joseph C. Dorio, III and daughter-in-law Colleen of VA; her two grandchildren Kaitlyn and Ashley; and her sister Rose.

Funeral services will be held 9:30 AM on Saturday, June 1, 2013 at Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, followed by a 10 AM funeral liturgy at Blessed John Paul II Parish of St. Stephen's Church, Perth Amboy. Interment will be in St. Stephen's Cemetery, Keasbey. Visitation will be held from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM on Saturday at the funeral home.
