Jane "Kay" Kuzmich, 89, of Edison, passed peacefully at home on Friday, March 9, 2018.  Born and raised in Perth Amboy and formerly of Colonia and Rahway, she had resided in Edison for the last 4 years.  She had been a graduate of Perth Amboy High School and the Perth Amboy School of Nursing.  She retired in 1989, after serving as a Registered Nurse and Operating Room Administrator at her beloved Rahway Hospital, for over 37 years. She truly was an "angel of love and healing."

She had been a faithful member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Perth Amboy and a member of the Rahway Hospital Retirees Assoc. She was loved by all who knew her and experienced her kindness and care.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Paul, who died in 1977 and her beloved son, David, who passed in 1992.

Kay leaves behind her cherished and devoted grandson, Paul Kuzmich and his wife, Megan, of Westfield;  and daughter-in-law, Patty Kuzmich, of Edison.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 14, 2018, from 5 to 8 pm, at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords, NJ 08863.  Funeral services will begin on Thursday, March 15, 2018, at 10 a.m. from the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, followed by a 10:30 a.m. Service of Requiem at St. Peter's Episcopal Church Perth Amboy.  Entombment will follow in Rosedale Cemetery Mausoleum, Linden.
