James Donald Pribish, 79, of Old Bridge, passed peacefully on Friday, July 17, 2020, surrounded by family at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge.

Born in Perth Amboy and formerly of Spotswood, he had resided in Old Bridge for the last 10 years.

He was a graduate of Perth Amboy High School, with the class of 1959.

He proudly served his country in the US Navy aboard the USS Swordfish from 1959-1963.

He was employed with Hatco Chemical Company in Fords and Swift Ice Cream Plant in Woodbridge.

He enjoyed horse racing and going to the track.

He was predeceased by his parents, Margaret Mucisko Pribish and Andrew Pribish, his sister Judith Pribish Hallman and his two nephews, Robert and Jody Hallman.

Jimmy leaves behind his two beloved daughters, Cindy Stadelberger and her husband Kevin, of Brick Twp. and Stacy Bindos and her husband Robert, of Port Reading, his three grandchildren; Kevin Thompson Jr., Matthew and Kendall, and four siblings; Maggie Springer, Carol Wasik, Paul Pribish, and Veronica Beninato, and nine nieces and nephews.

Private funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care of the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ 08863.
