Obituary of James Irvine


James Irvine, 84, of Fords, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at the JFK Haven Hospice in Edison. Mr. Irvine was born in Colonia to the late Frederick and Willietta Gardner Irvine and had lived all of his life in Fords.
Mr. Irvine was a US Marine Corps Veteran of Korean war.
He was employed as a supervisor with Hul's American previously known as Tenneco in Edison for twenty six before retiring in 1995. He was a member of Our Lady Of Peace RC Church, Fords. James was predeceased by a daughter Deborah Baldwin in 2015, four sisters Grace Brunt, Bessie Kuhn, Amanda Weimer and Evelyn Muldowney, seven brothers Joe Rand, Charles Rand, Fred Irvine, William Irvine, Walter Irvine, Frank Irvine and Richard Irvine, a sister in law Janet Fofrich Jacobs.
He is survived by his loving wife, of sixty three years, Joan E. Fofrich Irvine, a son-in-law Scott Baldwin of Jupiter, FL. three grandchildren, Matthew Lewin and companion Brittany Penny of Jupiter, FL., Deanna Baldwin of Jupiter, FL.., Steven Baldwin of Jupiter, FL., and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday 11:00 am at the Mitruska Funeral Home, Inc., 531 New Brunswick Ave., Fords. Interment will follow in the Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery in Fords.
