James William Hoffman 63 of Edison, NJ entered into eternal rest on June 30, 2023 at RWJ hospital after a long battle with many health issues. He was surrounded by his wife and 2 sons.

Jim was a transmission specialist for most of his life and proceeded to become manager of Transmissions Plus in Perth Amboy NJ until his retirement due to an illness. He loved camping, driving his golf cart, classic cars, fishing, and loved creating and working on different projects, and adored spending time with his precious grandchildren.

Jim leaves behind his high-school sweetheart wife Patricia to whom he was with for 47 years and married for 44. They have 3 married children Son Joseph (Tara), Son Michael (Wendee), Daughter Teesha (Ben).

He also leaves behind four grandchildren on Earth, Dylan, James, Ava, Michaela, and 1 in Heaven Olivia who he is now reunited with. Jim also leaves behind his sister Joni (Jimbo). Brother-in-law Thomas, Brother-in-law Jeff (Cathy) who he is also reunited in heaven with. He also leaves behind nephews Jimmy and Donnie(Jill), Jimmy(Danielle), niece Ashley, Crystal (Bill) He also leaves behind great niece's Samantha, Jacqueline, Kaitlyn, Madison, Deanna, Kayleigh, Angela, and great nephew Donovan. He also leaves behind his precious fur babies Simba & Serenity. He is also predeceased by his parents Doris and Fred Hoffman and his mother and father in law James and Diane Roach. He also leaves behind many many more family members and many, many close friends. He was always their to help anyone in any situation. He was a wonderful husband, father, papa and friend. He will always be loved and missed by so many. There will be a small family & friends celebration/memorial of his life date pending...
