Jake Abraham Weiner passed away suddenly on the evening of October 2nd, 2022,at his home in Palm Coast, Florida.

Jake was a kind soul and a big kid at heart. He made all those he touched feel deeply loved.

Jake is survived by his mother, Margaret; brother, Zach; sister, Emily; sister-in-law Karen; nephews, Evan and Matthew; Rosie; aunts, Deborah and Ginny; and many cousins and friends.

Jake will be remembered during a gathering of friends and family at Flynn and Son/Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Ave., Metuchen, NJ on Saturday, October 15, 2022, from 1:00pm until 4:00pm.

Jake is now with his dad. Jake will be missed forever and even more.
