John O. (Jack) Robinson, of Edison, NJ passed away on October 23, 2021.

John was born in Klickitat, Washington to Butch & Dorothy Robinson on August 8, 1936, and grew up in Goldendale, Washington.  Jack served in the US Airforce as a Fighter & Bomber Mechanic during the Cold War era; he was honorably discharged in 1960.  After the military, Jack worked in lumber mills and as a telephone lineman, then later for Wakefern Foods, Greer Trucking, and then retired from SafetyKleen as a Facility Manager.

Jack moved to Edison in 1962 and met the love of his life, Marie Delaney.  They married November 11, 1963 and spent 57 years together before Marie's passing in March 2020.

Jack was pre-deceased by his wife (Marie), his father (Butch), his mother (Dorothy), his brother (Jerry) and his sister (Norma).  He is survived by his Nephew Kerry, his sisters in-law Lois, Helena, Tina & Linda, his brother in-law Bill, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews.

Jack enjoyed finished carpentry, where he built countless wooden toys that will be enjoyed for generations.  Jack was an active member of the Knights of Columbus (Edison council # 3272)  for many years.  He was an avid supporter of the catholic church, with particular appreciation for his friends & congregation at Guardian Angels Church in Edison, NJ.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday October 26, 2021, at 11 am at Graceland Memorial Park Cemetery in Kenilworth.  A procession will leave Flynn & Son Funeral Home (23 Fords Ave, Fords, NJ) at 10:30 am, en-route to the cemetery.  All family & friends are welcome to join the procession, or meet at the cemetery.
