Irma M. Kroeschel, 89, of Lanoka Harbor, NJ, passed peacefully in her sleep at her home on Wednesday May 20, 2026.
She was born in  Hanau, Germany, immigrated to the US in 1952 and had resided for most of her life in the Fords section of Woodbridge Twp. She had resided in Lanoka Harbor for the last 7 years.

She was a jeweler and stone setter for various jewelers in her younger years.
She was a former communicant of Our Lady of Peace Church in Fords.
She was predeceased by her beloved father, August Otto Grun, her mother, Wilhelmine Margurete Grun, both from Germany, and her beloved husband, August W Kroeschel.

She leaves behind her beloved son, Ronald and his wife Nancy and her dear granddaughter, April.

A procession will assemble and leave from the Flynn and Son/ Mitruska Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords NJ 08863 at 10:30 am on Friday, May 22, 2026. Followed by crypt side services at 11 am at the Woodbridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
