Irene Neidhardt, age 84, loving mother of three, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 17, 2025 at the JFK University Medical Center in Edison. She was born September 27, 1940 to the late Stephen and Irene Yuhas in Perth Amboy. Irene grew up in Perth Amboy before moving to Edison, where she lived for more than 50 years. Irene worked as a payroll clerk for Mattel, Crazy Eddie's and The Wiz in Edison. She enjoyed traveling to Frankenmuth, Michigan with her dear friend, Yvette. Irene loved collecting covered bridges and outhouses, as well as spending time with her family and her beloved dog, Frankie. Irene was a beautiful soul, funny, brilliant, kind and would do anything for her children.

Irene is predeceased by her son, David Gush (2022).

Surviving Irene are her children Dyan Gush and Greg Gush, along with his wife Karyn; and her beloved granddaughter Kourtney.

Visitation will be private. Friends and family may meet for a graveside service at 11:30 AM on Friday, August 22, 2025 at Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery, located in Fords. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Flynn and Son / Mitruska Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ 08863.
