Helen M. Stianchi, 89, of Edison, passed peacefully on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, at the Haven Hospice Unit at the JFK Medical Center in Edison.
Born in Perth Amboy on November 23, 1931, she had resided in Edison for the last 67 years.
She was a graduate of Perth Amboy High School.
She was the former owner of a dance studio in Perth Amboy for many years
and was a retired Bank Teller with the First Bank & Trust Co. which ultimately became Wells Fargo, in Fords and Perth Amboy.
She was a communicant of Our Lady of Peace Church in Fords and was an active member of AARP and enjoyed traveling all over the world and spending quality time with her family.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John, who died in 1983 and her beloved parents Edward and Helen Witt.
She leaves behind her 2 beloved sons; Brian Stianchi of Bridgewater, and
Alan Stianchi of Edison,
her 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 15, 2021 at 11am from the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords, NJ 08863. Interment will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Hopelawn.
Visitation will take place on Sunday, February 14, 2021 from 3 pm to 6 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home.
