Helen Mary Mendoker, 90, of Newark, Delaware, entered into eternal rest March 11, 2011, at her home. She was born in Perth Amboy and resided in Newark, DE for the past 41 years.

Helen was predeceased by her beloved husband, Walter T. Mendoker, in 1998 and is survived by her loving daughters, Helene Gadek of Newark, DE, and Geraldine Yurcik of Wharton; 6 adoring grandchildren: Debi Gadek, Pam Thomas and her husband Ernest, Shawn Yunker, David, Emily, and Walter Yurcik; 3 great-grandchildren; dearest sisters Margaret Gerak of Sayreville, Grace Myslinski of Woodbridge; and devoted brother, Frank Lukacs, of Florida.

Funeral services will be on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at 11:00 am at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords. Interment will be in Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday, March 15, 2011, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.
