Helen Egan's Obituary
Helen Egan, 98, a lifelong resident of Perth Amboy, passed peacefully at home on Tuesday, October 13, 2015.
She was a long time communicant of Holy Spirit Church, of the Good Shepherd Parish, in Perth Amboy, where she had also been a member of the Altar Rosary Society.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband, the former retired Perth Amboy Police Captain, John M. Egan who died in 2001.
Helen leaves behind her beloved sister, Irene Poulsen, of Howell.
Visitation will be on Friday, October 16, 2015 from 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm, at the Flynn and son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ 08863.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 9 a.m. from the Flynn and son Funeral Home, followed by a 9:30 a.m. Funeral Liturgy at Most Holy Rosary Church/Good Shepherd Parish, Hopelawn; entombment, will follow in St. Gertrude Cemetery Colonia.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to: Good Shepherd Parish, 625 Florida Grove Rd. Hopelawn, NJ 08861.
