Obituary of Hedwig M. Napoletano


Heddy (Hedwig Sisolak) Napoletano, 85, of Perth Amboy, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2016 at the Chandler Estate in Pen Argyl, PA. Mrs. Napoletano was born in Perth Amboy to the late Stephen and Hedwig (Wojkiewicz) Sisolak and was a lifelong resident of the city.
Heddy was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker. She was a member of the Good Shepherd Parish-Most Holy Rosary Church in Hopelawn. She was also a member of the Holy Spirit Seniors.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband Louis Sr. in 1992 and also by three brothers; Andrew, Stephen and Joseph and a sister Florence Sisolak.
Surviving are her devoted son and daughter-in-law, Louis and Susan Napoletano of Long Branch, her devoted daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Cliff Salvemini of Bangor, PA, her cherished grandchildren; Katie Wachter and husband Michael, Laura Stroebel and husband Timothy, Gabriella, Katherine and Michelle Salvemini, her special goddaughter Terez McGrath and four sisters-in-law Agnes Sisolak, Claire Sisolak, Philomena Lollo and Barbara Fenska, and two beloved great grandsons, Brian Wachter and Christopher Stroebel.
Funeral services will be held Friday, 10:30am at he Mitruska Funeral Home, 531 New Brunswick Ave. in Fords. Followed by an 11 am Mass in the Good Shepherd Parish- Most Holy Rosary Church in Hopelawn. Interment will following the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery in Fords. Visitation hours will be held Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.
