Harry T. Christensen, 88, of Old Bridge, passed peacefully, on December 14, 2017, at the Reformed Church Home in Old Bridge.

Born in Perth Amboy, and formerly of Morgan and Clark, he had resided in Old Bridge for the last five years. He served his country in the US Navy Reserves.

He was a retired Carpenter with the Carpenters Union Local #65 of Perth Amboy and was a talented wood worker,an avid fisherman and a Friend of Bill W.'s for 48 years.

He was predeceased by his wife, Beverly Christensen, who died in 1977 and his daughter, Cynthia Christensen, who died in 1986.

Harry Leaves behind; his beloved daughter, Laurie Hanis and her husband John of Cliffwood Beach, his two grandchildren; Jessica A. Drudy and her husband Michael, of South River and Alaina B. Belus of Cliffwood Beach, his two great-grandchildren; Emalie and Molly Drudy and his long time companion, Vivian Moroli of Clark, and his two nieces; Karen Leigh of Mt. Holly and Valerie Neher of Columbus.

Visitation will be on Sunday, December 17, 2017 from 2 pm to 5 pm, at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords, NJ 08863.

Funeral services will be on Monday, December 18, 2017 at 11 a.m. from the Flynn and Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Alpine Cemetery, Perth Amboy.
