Harold C. Kubinak, 95, of Edison, passed away on November 20, 2017, at Whispering Knoll, Edison. Born in Perth Amboy, Harold was a resident of Woodbridge for 40 years before moving to Edison 3 years ago.  He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Navy and was a member of the American Legion Post #87, Woodbridge.  Harold was an Electrician with IBEW #358, Perth Amboy retiring in 1987 after 46 years.  He was a communicant of St. James Church Woodbridge and a member of the Woodbridge Senior Citizens.

Harold was predeceased by his wife Lillian Langan Kubinak (2005).

He is survived by his children, Karen K. Springer, and her husband Gene of Woodbridge and James "Jay" B. Kubinak, and his wife Mary of Allendale; three grandchildren, Amy Doherty and her husband Shawn, Kelly Brand and her husband Tim, and John Kubinak; six great-grandchildren, Kaelyn, Cole, Kyle, Benjamin, Christopher and Lillian.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2017, at 10 AM from Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, followed by a 10:30 AM Funeral Liturgy at St. James Church, Woodbridge. Entombment will be in St. James Mausoleum, Woodbridge.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 8-10 AM at the funeral home.
