Hannah Gersten's Obituary
Hannah Gersten (nee Greenberg) 84, passed away March 14, 2011, at Hunterton Medical Center.
She was born in Newark on March 27, 1926. She is retired from Wachovia Bank as a data processor. She was a member of Temple Beth Mordecai in Perth Amboy, where she was the Secretary of the Board of Directors. She was also a member of ORT and B'nai B'rith.
Hannah was predeceased by her husband Joel Gersten. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Gersten and her husband James De George of Flemington; her son, Alan Gersten and his wife Diane of North Plainfield; grand-daughter, Emma Gersten of Baltimore, MD; and sister, Frances Magenhein of Livingston, NJ.
Arrangements are by the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ 08863. The family will receive mourners beginning at 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, March 15. The service will be 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
