Gustavo Cabrera, 91, of Perth Amboy died November 6, 2010, at Arista Care at Alameda Center in Perth Amboy.

Born in Cuba, he resided in Perth Amboy since 1965. Gustavo owned a grocery store in Cuba and continued in this profession in Perth Amboy until his retirement in 1981. He was a member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows Perez Ochoa Lodge 28. He served as elder in the Baptist Church of Perth Amboy and was a member of La Inglesia Evangelica San Pablo.

Gustavo was predeceased by his beloved wife, Margo (Fallat) in 1995; his sister, Wilda Lopez; and his brother, Acelio Cabrera. He is survived by his children: Eulalia Cabrera and Carmen Cabrera-Camino and her husband, Daniel. He was the cherised grandfather of Margot Camino; and brother to Loida Carmenate.

Funeral Services will be at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, November 10, 2010, at Inglesia Evangelica San Pablo, 231 First Street, Perth Amboy under the guidance of FLYNN AND SON FUNERAL HOME, 424 East Avenue, Perth Amboy. Interment will follow in Alpine Cemetery, Perth Amboy. Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 9, from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 PM and Wednesday, November 10, from 9:00 AM until service in church.
