Grace (nee Pokol) Reese, 90, of Fords, passed away on July 23, 2022, at home. She was born on July 30, 1931, in Donora, PA. Grace was retired as a Unit Assistant at Perth Amboy General Hospital. She was a member of the Hungarian Reformed Church in Perth Amboy. Grace was a softball coach and a Girl Scout Leader alongside her three girls. She was a huge Steelers fan and cheered at the top of her lungs. She enjoyed crocheting and everyone she knew was gifted an afghan, shawl, scarf or the famous spare toilet paper hat.

Grace was predeceased by her son, Robert James Reese Jr., in 1967 and a son-in-law, Edward Yagla.

She is survived by three daughters, Kimberley Reese Onoszko, of Fords; Jacqueline Reese Yagla, of Woodbridge; and Kelly Reese-Hall, and her husband Michael, of Myrtle Beach, SC; five grandchildren: Jennifer, Robert, Jessica, Matthew, and Morgan; four great-grandchildren: Jordyn, Alexandra, Kaden and Tyler; she was the last survivor of twelve children.

Visitation will be on Friday July 29, 2022, 4-8 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home 23, Ford Ave., Fords, NJ 08863. Funeral services will begin Saturday 9:30 am at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held 10 am at the Hungarian Reformed Church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Hopelawn.
