Gloria Sweeney, 98, of Fords, passed away peacefully at home on September 5, 2021. She was born in New York City on August 10, 1923. Gloria has resided in Fords since 1955.  She was a graduate of Snyder High School in Jersey City. Gloria was an Administrative Court Director for Woodbridge Township for 40 years.

She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Sweeney, and two brothers, Raymond Zenker and William Struncis.

Gloria is survived by two daughters, Joanne Wiskowski, and her husband, John, of Woodbridge; and Pamela Hart, and her husband, Robert, of Rumson; a son, Robert Sweeney, and his wife, Sara, of Maryland; and her seven beloved grandchildren: Kate, Megan, John Michael, Amy, Kerry, Colin, and Ryan; eight great-grandchildren.
