Gloria A. Mc Ardle, 76, of Perth Amboy, passed suddenly on Friday, December 6, 2013.


She was born and raised in New York City and has resided in Perth Amboy for the last 55 years.

Gloria retired in 2012 after over 20 years as the Holy Spirit parish secretary and was a member of the Holy Spirit Altar Rosary Society.

"Her grandchildren were her life"

She was predeceased by her beloved sisters, Marilyn Mc Ardle and Frances Mc Greevy, who both died in 2012.

Gloria leaves behind her beloved husband of 56 years, John J. Mc Ardle, her five beloved children, Kathleen A. Muttart of Silver Springs, MD, Kelly A. Trio and her husband, Michael of Old Bridge, Karen A. Patrick and her husband, Thomas, of Tinton Falls, Kim A. Morrison and her husband, Scott of Port Reading, and Kerri A. Villegas and her husband, John of Woodbridge, her eleven beloved grandchildren, Daniel, Jacqueline, Sarah, Nathan, Ryan, Kyle, Zachary, Casey, Sean, Alex, and Christopher, her devoted brothers, John A. Gutowski of Lewes, DE and Charles M Gutowski of Midland Park and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at 10 a.m. from the Flynn & son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords, NJ 08863, followed by a 10:30 a.m. Funeral Liturgy, at Our Lady of Peace Church in Fords, entombment will follow in St. Gertrude's Mausoleum, Colonia.
Visitation will be on Sunday, December 8, 2013 from 2- 4 p.m. only and again on Monday December 9, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.
