Gloria Anne Hayko quietly passed away on Monday, May 2, 2022 at the Roosevelt Care Center in Edison.

Born and raised in Perth Amboy, she worked hard while going to school to finally obtain her teaching degree from Kean College in Union. For the remainder of her career she was an elementary school teacher for Perth Amboy Public School System.

Friends may call on Wednesday May 11, 2022 from 9:00 am until 10:30 am at Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords. Funeral Services will begin at 10:30 am with a Funeral Mass at 11:00am from Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Church - Good Shepherd Parish, 625 Florida Grove Road, Perth Amboy.  Interment will follow in St. Nicholas Church Cemetery, Hopelawn.

The family would like to request in lieu of flowers, that donations be made in Gloria's name to the ASPCA (aspca.org/donate), or the North Shore Animal League (animalleague.org).
