Gloria Ruth Dreyer ( n. Ramm), 85, passed away on March 12, 2023, at JFK Medical Center in Edison, NJ.

Born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Israel Ramm and Evelyn Roche on December 4, 1937. She was a Brooklyn College graduate that lived in Brooklyn before moving to Edison, NJ, and resided there with her family for the last 63 years. She worked as a Speech Therapist for the Brooklyn Board of Education and was instrumental in implementing the special education program for the Edison School district.

She leaves behind her loving husband of 65 years, Ira Dreyer, and her 3 daughters and their families: Mindy Dreyer, Dawn and Mike Valovcin, Rachel and Zach Love and Tyler Valovcin, and Ellen and Chris Ogden, Riana Wolff, and Denim Wolff.

The family will receive mourners at 11:30 am on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ 08863. The funeral service will be Thursday at 12 noon in the funeral home.

Interment will follow in Beth Israel Cemetery in Woodbridge.
