Gladys H. Chinchar's Obituary
Gladys H. Jensen Chinchar, 92, of Edison, died Saturday, August 7, 2010, at her home.
Born in Perth Amboy, she resided in Edison for the past 68 years. Gladys was a registered nurse at JFK Medical Center in Edison for 30 years retiring in 1998. She was a member of the widow and widowers club in Fords.
She was predeceased by her husband George in 1958; daughter Cheryl Shilling in 2009; and great-grandson Kyle in 2010. She is survived by her son, Daniel of Edison; daughter, Ruth Ann Nehila of Richmond, KY; 7 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; and step-son George Chinchar of Edison.
Funeral Services will be on Thursday, August 12, 2010, at 10:30 am from Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ. Burial will follow in Clover Leaf Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.
Contributions are requested to Haven Hospice at JFK Medical Center.
