Gertrude J. Guare's Obituary
Gertrude J. Guare, 85, of Fords entered into eternal rest Friday May 13, 2011, at JFK Medical Center in Edison.
She was born in New York City and resided in Fords for the past 61 years. Gertrude was a Paralegal with Jacobson, Goldfarb and Tanzman for 21 years before retiring in 1993. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Peace RC Church in Fords and a member of the Fords and Keasbey senior citizens. She graduated from Cathedral High School in Manhattan in 1943 and Hunter College, City University of New York in 1947.
Gertrude was predeceased by her husband, Frank E. Guare, in 1993 and is survived by her son Martin G. Guare of Fords.
A Memorial Mass will be offered on Thursday, May 19, 2011, at 10:30 am at Our Lady of Peace Church. Visitation is Wednesday, May 18, 2011,from 7:00-9:00 pm at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords.
