Georgine Rose

June 1, 1941 – January 7, 2025
Georgine Rose (Morgans) Fritzinger, 83, of Edison, NJ passed away peacefully on January 7, 2025 at home. She was born to George and Mary (Shoemaker) Morgans on June 1, 1941. She was the fourth oldest of eight siblings.
Over the years, Georgine worked at Platronics, Inc in Linden, ShopRite of Edison, and Sears Roebuck and Co. in New Brunswick. She retired from Sears after ten years employment. She was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Edison since 1971.
Georgine loved her family with all of her heart. Her greatest joy was spending time with them, especially her grandchildren. She was extremely proud of their accomplishments and the adults they have become.
Georgine was predeceased by her sisters Elda Mae Strepko and Ruth Breiner.
Surviving are her husband Paul of 66 years, and three daughters, Kelly Lubonski and her husband Paul, Paula Penett and her husband William, and Robin Khalifa; seven grandchildren, Heather Lubonski, Nikita D'Alessio and her husband Chris, Daniel Penett and his wife Alicia, Andrew Lubonski and his husband Christian Albiston, Tyler Lubonski, Adam Lubonski, and Christopher Amatel; two sisters, Betty Fritz and her husband Charles and MaryAnn Bisbing; three brothers, Morgan Morgans and his wife Dona, George Morgans and his wife Betsy, and John Morgans and his wife Candy; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place on Monday, January 13th form 9:00 am to 11:30 pm at Flynn & Son/Mitruska Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ. 08863. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 pm at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 445 Old Post Road, Edison, NJ 08817, followed by interment at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, US Highway 1, Woodbridge NJ 07095.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church or to the Alzheimer's Association.
