George Allen Nicolaidis 76 of Manalapan, entered into eternal rest, March 6, 2017 at Centra State Medical Center in Freehold.  He was born in Neptune and has resided in Manalapan for the past 10 years.

George was an Insurance Broker with JP Fortier and Sons in Perth Amboy for over 30 years before retiring in 2014.

He was a member of St. Demetrius Greek Orthodox Church in Perth Amboy, BPOE lodge #2370 in East Brunswick, and the 63 ^rd Army Band in Sea Girt.

George is survived by his wife Jackie A. Sultansade Nicolaidis, 3 step daughters Jeannie (Michael) Manzi, Michelle (Jerel) Zarra, Madeline (Mark) Steigelman, and 7 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be on Friday at 10:15 am at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home 23 ford Avenue, Fords followed by an 11 am Divine Liturgy at St. Demetrius GO church.  Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, in Metuchen.  Visitation is Thursday from 4-8 pm.  In Lieu of flowers contributions are requested to the American Kidney Foundation.
