George Katsoulis, 77, of Edison died at home on March 3, 2012.

Born February 19, 1935, in Crete, Greece, he had resided in Edison for the past 42 years. He was a member of The UAW Local 980, working for many years at the Ford Assembly Plant in Edison. He was a member of St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Perth Amboy.

George is survived by his wife of 43 years, Athina Katsoulis of Edison; his son, Dimitrios Katsoulis and his wife Peggy of Edison; his daughter, Maria Katsoulis-Emnace and her husband, Emilio, Jr of Toms River; his son, Aris Katsoulis of Edison; and four grandchildren: Emilio III, Achilles, Athena, and Katarina. He is also survived by his four sisters in Greece.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 6, 2012, from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm at the Flynn and Son/Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Avenue, Metuchen, NJ 08840. Trisagion Service will be on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Services will begin at 9:15 am on Wednesday followed by a 10:00 am Service of Divine Liturgy at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Perth Amboy. Interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Metuchen.
