Genevieve Alice Zagrzecki, age 91, passed away peacefully at Wedgwood Gardens, Freehold on Monday
Sept. 22, 2014. She was born in Perth Amboy and resided in Fords for over 60 years.

She was a graduate of Perth Amboy High School and had been employed by Komar & Sons, South Amboy and
the News Tribune. She was a member of Our Lady of Peach Church, Fords and was a member of its Altar Rosary Society. She was also a Life member of the Fords Seniors and Deborah. It brought her great
joy to knit, crochet and embroider for her family.

She was the devoted wife of the late Anthony F. Zagrzecki. She is survived by her daughter
Rita Hewit and her husband William of Freehold, son Leonard Zagrzecki and Kathy of Atlantic
Highlands and her son Richard Zagrzecki and his wife Eleanor of Spring, Texas.

She is also survived by her grandchildren Hillary Hewit of Ewing, Heather Hewit of Freehold and
Richard Jr., Christopher, Peter, Michael Zagrzecki and Jennifer Phillips all of Texas and by Michael
Calligy of Fords. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren all of Texas.

Funeral services will be at 10 AM on Friday, September 26, 2014 at Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords, with a 10:30 AM Funeral Liturgy at Our Lady of Peace Church, Fords. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Parlin. Viewing will be Thursday, 4-8 PM.
