Gary James Cardinale, 71, of Woodbridge, passed peacefully on Saturday, February 27, 2021, at the Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy.

Born and raised  in Bayonne, NJ he has resided in Woodbridge for the last 36 years.

He proudly served his country in the US Army.

Gary was a retired  professor from ITT Technical Institute in Bensalem, PA,  where he taught for 2 years. prior to that he had taught at DeVry University in Woodbridge and later at the North Brunswick Campuses for 26 years.

He has a book published on Optoelectroncis in 2003.

He leaves behind his beloved wife of 46 years, Betty Cardinale and his two sons; John and Gary James Cardinale Jr.

Private cremation services were entrusted to the care of the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords, NJ 08863.
