Frederick E Bahlman, 89, of Annandale, NJ, formerly of Fords, NJ, passed away December 4, 2019 at Hunterdon Medical Center.

Born in New Market, NJ, he was married for 34 years to the former Elizabeth (Bette) Demko, who passed away in 1985.

Fred was a tool & die maker at Jacobson Manufacturing in Kenilworth, NJ prior to his retirement.

Fred was an avid fisherman, a loyal Mets fan and an aviation enthusiast. He loved being in or near the ocean and spending time reminiscing with family and friends.

Fred is survived by three sons, Richard (Jean) of Flemington, NJ, Frederick III (Tina) of Glenmoore, PA and Tim (Laurie) of Brick, NJ, a daughter, Sharon Ross (Alan) of Saylorsburg, PA, his sister, Shirley Carvatt of Annandale, NJ, with whom he resided, 10 grandchildren, Lisa Pizzuti, Lori Sigel, Richard Bahlman, Daniel Bahlman, Christopher Bahlman, Courtney Bahlman, Aubree Bahlman, Brandon Bahlman, Christina Ross and Allan Ross, and 8 great-grandchildren, Timothy, Annabella, Juliana, Madison, Michael, Mia, Evan and Adalyn.

He was predeceased by a brother, James in 1983.

Visitation will be 2-4 pm & 6-8 pm Sunday, December 8, 2019, Flynn & Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ 08863. The funeral will be held Monday, December 9 ^th at 11 AM in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery.
