Franklin "Frank" Masterson, Jr., affectionately referred to as "Corky" by his family members, 72 of Clark, NJ passed suddenly on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at his home.

He was born and raised in Brooklyn NY, was formerly of Edison, and he has resided in Clark, NJ for the last 12 years. He was a graduate of Westinghouse High School in Brooklyn with the "Class of 69". He retired in 2005 after over 35 years as an electrician with the local union # 3 in NY City. He was an active member of the Sons of the American Legion Squadron #65 Metuchen, NJ. Frank enjoyed fishing, cooking, eating good food and listening to doo-wop.

He was predeceased by his parents, Franklin W. Masterson, Sr. and Marion Ducey Masterson. He leaves behind his four beloved children, Heather, Gavin, Colin and Kerry, his ex wife and friend Mary Masterson, his two sisters, Ursula and Marion Masterson and his brother Michael Masterson.

Friends may call at the Flynn and Son/Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Ave., Metuchen on Sunday, August 6, 2023 from 1:00pm - 5:00pm where a prayer service will take place at 4:30pm.  Cremation will take place privately.
