Frank Edward Long, Jr., 68 of Edison, passed away peacefully at his home in Edison on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.  He was born in Salem, NJ, on December 18, 1956, was formerly of Penns Grove, Woodbridge and Fords before moving to Edison in 2013.  Prior to his retirement, Frank worked as a Plumber and Electrician Assistant, as well as various Handyman jobs which he enjoyed.  He was always willing to give anyone a helping hand.  Frank was a huge Star Trek fand and loving talking about Star Trek.

He was predeceased by his parents and his sister, Kathy.

Frank leaves behind his beloved wife of 21 years, Christine (Molnar) Long; his brother, Jerry Long of Virginia; and his sisters, Linda and Bobbie of South Jersey.  He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 28 S. Fourth Street, Fords, NJ 08863, with Reverend Christopher Sadlo Officiating.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Flynn and Son / Mitruska Funeral Home, Fords, NJ.
