Dr. Frank Victor Baracca, Jr., 76, of  the Iselin section of Woodbridge Twp., passed peacefully on Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at JFK Hartwyck at Oak Tree, in Edison.  Born in New York City, he had resided in Edison for 35 years, before moving to Iselin in 2017.

Frank retired in 2012, as the Budget Director for NY University in New York City, where he had worked for 34 years.

He received his BA degree in Economics at Columbia University in NY City and obtained his PhD degree in Psychology at NYU.

Frank was an avid golfer and fisherman.

He was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Violet Baracca, and his beloved brother, Kenneth George Baracca, who died on May 2, 2017.

He leaves behind his beloved wife, Carol Baracca, and his son, Greg Baracca, of Hackettstown, NJ.

Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, November 14, 2020, at 1:00 pm followed by a Memorial Service officiated by Senior Minister Justin Epstein from 2:00 to 3:00 pm at the Flynn and Son/Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Avenue, Metuchen, NJ 08840.
