Obituary of Frances C. Rice
Frances C. Rice, 93, of Perth Amboy, passed away Friday, November 4, 2022 at the J.F.K. Medical Center in Edison. Mrs. Rice was born in Perth Amboy to the late Stephen and Jennie Mikolajczak and had lived the last sixty-one years in Perth Amboy.
Frances was a homemaker and a member of the Most Holy Name of Jesus Parish - La Asuncion Church, Perth Amboy. Mrs. Rice was predeceased by her husband James J. Rice in 2010, a son Stephen Robert Probert and a sister Janet Polk.
She is survived by her two daughters, Jenny L. Whalen and her husband Thomas of Flower Mound, TX and Rebecca Rivera and her husband Manuel of Spotswood, NJ, nine grandchildren, Tiffany, Kimberly, Brandon, Brianna, Emily, Sarah, Stephanie, Anthony, Jesse, sixteen great grandchildren and a niece and nephew.
Funeral services will be held Thursday 10:00 am at the Mitruska Funeral Home, Inc., 531 New Brunswick Ave., Fords. Interment will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Parlin. Visitation hours will be held Wednesday from 7 to 9 pm.
