Frances Harding, 84, of Metuchen, passed peacefully on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at the RWJ University Hospital in New Brunswick.

She was born on January 7, 1937, in Jersey City, NJ and was a former resident of Budd Lake, before moving to Metuchen in 1999.

She retired in 1999, after over 10 years as an Executive Assistant for Allied Signal, currently known as Honeywell in Morristown, NJ.

She was a communicant of St Francis Cathedral in Metuchen and she enjoyed gardening, reading, traveling and spending time with family.

She leaves behind her 5 beloved children; George E. Harding of Wellington, FL, David Harding and his wife Ann of Hayesville, NC, Deborah Marlowe and her husband Karl of Butler, PA, Richard Harding and his fiancée, Dawn Hess of Sparta, and Mark Harding and his wife Anna of Metuchen.  Fran was blessed with 11 beloved grandchildren, 14 dear great-grandchildren and 4 precious great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 from 3 pm to 7 pm, at the Flynn and  Son/ Koyen Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Ave., Metuchen, NJ 08840.

Funeral services will take place on Wednesday April 7, 2021 at 9:45 am from the Flynn and son Funeral Home, followed by an 10 :15 am Funeral Liturgy at St. Francis Cathedral, Metuchen.

Cremation will follow privately.
