Frances C. Decibus' Obituary
Frances C. (Royle) Decibus, 104 formerly of Perth Amboy, passed away on January 29, 2013 at Liberty Royal Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, Tinton Falls.
A 9 AM funeral liturgy will be held on Friday, February 1, 2013 at Holy Rosary RC Church of the Good Shepherd Parish, Hopelawn.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 319 Amboy Ave., Metuchen.
